借助国外的先进旋压理念和技术，本公司最近制造的数控轮毂双轮立式旋压机已经通过试生产，设备各项指标均满足整体劈开式轮毂的旋压成型，本设备可完成整体劈开式轮毂、2片式、3片式轮毂的旋压成型。
Base on the international advanced spinning techniques and concept, we have developed CNC hub spinning machine and have successfully finished the trial. The machine could spin the integral wheel hub, 2-leaves wheel hub and 3-leaves wheel hub.

设备采用西门子840D数控系统配合我们公司开发的旋压软件进行控制，采用双通道技术，可实现双轮不同轨迹的分别或同步插步，可实现相同或不同旋压 半径轮的错距旋压，具有高度的柔性加工功能。系统具备完整的工业计算机功能，可直接装载CAD等运行于WINDOWS平台的软件，支持网络检测、网络维修、网络数据等功能。同时设备具有完善的自检功能，故障代码、程序预警、各种外部装置如液压站、油温等监测功能。
The machine is controlled by Siemens 840D CNC system and our own developed spinning software. It adopts dual channel technology, which can realize two different tracking, or synchronous step respectively, which can realize the same or different spinning wheel radius offset spinning, highly flexible processing functions. The system has complete industrial computer functions, can be directly loaded running on WINDOWS platforms such as CAD software, support internet detection, internet maintenance, internet data, and so on. At the same time, the macine has perfect self-checking function, fault code, program warning, various external monitor devices on hydraulic station and oil temperature, etc.

设备整体结构为铸造件，经过严格的热处理工艺，设备整体稳定。主轴、双旋压轮分别具有油冷却装置，同时具备主动旋压轮功能。工件冷却采用专用切削液冷却，配备纸带式过滤机用于切削液的过滤。
The overall structure of the machine is casting, and the machine is stable with strict heat treatment. There are the oil cooling devices on the spindle and the two spinning wheels, and have the function of active spinning wheel. The work pieces will be cooling by special cutting liquid, and the paper belt filter is used to filter the cutting fluid.

设备导轨等采用不锈钢护罩防护，前方采用自动门，方便操作。同时具有其他各种安全防护措施。
The guide rail and others is protected by stainless steel shields, the front side uses automatic door, which is convenient for operation. And the machine is designed with other safety devices.
